Plunge pool not to be used in
owners’ absence and not to be used after having consumed
alcohol.

We are not liable to you for any
breach of our obligations arising from forces beyond our
reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, strike,
civil insurrection or riots, explosion, flood, storm, act of
god, requirements or regulations of any civil or military
authority or damage arising from a malicious act.

The lake is hired Saturday to
Saturday and a 50% deposit is required, this is to guarantee
serious bookings only. A booking is not confirmed until this is
received and then we will send you booking confirmation and a
receipt. The balance is to be paid on arrival. Deposit is
non-refundable.

We advise you to take out your own
personal travel insurance that would cover your tackle.

We accept no liability for
personal injury or loss of personal property.

In no way do we want to stop you
having fun, however we do not expect people to drink so much
that they would be unable to wake up to the sound of their bite
alarms or generally behave in a loud and irresponsible manner.

If at any time we feel your behaviour is causing
or may
cause damage to the fish or property you may be asked to leave
with no refund or compensation.
